Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I add audio to my watch?
- Open the iPhone app, tap the + button to import audio files (MP3, M4A/AAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC), and they transfer to your Apple Watch automatically. Tracks appear on the watch once the transfer finishes.
- Does it work without my iPhone?
- Yes. Once tracks are on the watch, playback is fully offline and independent — your iPhone does not need to be nearby. Listen through the built-in speaker or Bluetooth headphones.
- A transfer isn't showing up on the watch.
- Transfers complete in the background and can take a little time. Make sure the watch is paired and nearby. You can re-send any track from the iPhone app with "Send to Watch Again."
- How do I manage tracks and playlists?
- All importing, renaming, deleting, and playlist editing is done on the iPhone — the watch mirrors your library and is for playback and browsing.
- Unlimited Tracks purchase & restore
- The free version supports up to 5 tracks. "Unlimited Tracks" is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited importing. Reinstalled or using a new device? Tap "Restore Purchases" to recover it.
- Is my audio private?
- Yes. Your audio stays on your devices — nothing is uploaded to any server.
